We have been with Afrihost for the past 2 years and we always receive the best service from Afrihost! Personally I think they are the best ISP. We have never really struggled with our internet connection and when there is a problem they would sort it out in no time. The staff is always professional and the most important part for me is that they treat you like a person and not just like another client. This is what service is suppose to be. Excellent ISP. Had a query regarding signal on my router dropping repeatedly after a month of working fine. Help on the Wattsapp chat by Ricky S was set up quickly and easily. Ricky rebooted their server without asking me to repeat anything and was pleasant, polite, competent and quick. Love this kind of communication.

Fastest turnaround time I've experienced in a long time. Order placed and teams out on site in less than 24 hours. I have arouter at home from another service provider still wrapped, waiting 6 months for installation . Afrihost is tops

always give fast and greate support and love the fact you can message them on whats app the longest i have waited is 10min but most of the time it has 0-4min. Yes it can be instant , and I you can tell that they have had real training and are not just reading from a script Like some MassiveWEB providers ;) . I've never had any connection issues with afrihost since joining their fibre network, but when I had a connection hiccup they where fast in responding and I ended up getting the issue resolved via WhatsApp. Linda M was very patient and understood everything I tried to explain. He/She guided me step by step through text and the issue was sorted in no time. I'm very impressed. Great client service! Well done.
