At first I was uncomfortable with the fact that the phonelines have been deactivated thus I cannot verbally interact to get my website problem solved. But the WA interaction was even better than a voice call...quick and painless. Problem solved within a few short minutes. ThNk you.

I've used afrihost as my isp for the better part of 16 years,all I can say is, if you're not with them, don't ask why, just move to them! You will not get better support anywhere else.

So far so good. I am enjoying the overall experience. The internet service is fantastic – it has its rare shortfalls, but a perfect world is boring right?! The customer service, however, is a hit and miss (to be fair, it is over 60% a hit in my experience). It depends on who takes the call. Some agents are great, some can do with a little to a lot of help (again, depends on who takes the call) with customer service delivery.
